Awesome gym. It's in the back so you can't see it from the street. It's a real gym where people go to work out, and improve themselves. Not one of those corporate looking "dress to impress" "look at me" gyms. It's nice that gyms like this one are still around.

Best gym in South Florida. Excellent equipment with great angles, lots of free weights and lots of cardio machines. Great atmosphere, super organized, great staff and very clean bathrooms!
