CrossFit Out of the Box, it Is a great place to workout. Good atmosphere. All trainers are very knowledgeable. Love this place.

Very nice location, the gym is super clean and neat and the equipment is maintained very well, I dropped in and was well greeted by Leigh. If you live in North Fort Lauderdale area I would recommend checking this place out.

Great Box. The coaches are fantastic and work with all levels of experience. From the person training for the open to the true beginner, this place has everything you need. You wont be disappointed

This place is amazing if you’re looking for a chill and unintimidating crossfit atmosphere. The owner/coach Leigh is super supportive and constantly planning fun workouts, fundraisers, and holiday activities. There’s even a play area for children. Highly recommend!

I joined this gym back in December. For many years, I had been into body building and scoffed at CrossFit. But I had been gaining weight and had been trying small changes in my workouts and diet, and hadn’t seen any improvement. I needed something new. After learning that a couple people I knew had been doing CrossFit, I did a little research, and gave OOTB CrossFit a try. I fell in love with it immediately, and unexpectedly found myself part of a new family at the same time. After also changing my diet, I started to lose weight and get into better shape. 7 months later, I’m 32 lbs lighter and the strongest I’ve been in 10 years.If you’re looking for a spark physically and a great group of people to help you reach your goals, join this gym. You won’t regret it.

I love my box! It’s not the stereotypical Crossfit gym where it can be viewed as almost “cult like”. It’s everyday people like me, working out and feeling good, at our own pace (with some well needed nudging that I always appreciate). The bonus is the air conditioned facility! Not typical of a Crossfit gym. Love it!

This place has blown any other gym out of the water in my book. What makes this gym everything is the owner, Leigh Lopez. She puts her heart in this place 1000%, and it shows. The gym is full of well taken care of equipment. They use a great system (Wodify) to help you track your progress. It's truly like a family here and this is fostered by all of the events and team building activities that Leigh takes the time and effort to promote. I have seen my fitness level grow in the short time I've been here and I am more motivated than ever to continue my CrossFit life because of CrossFit Out of the Box and Leigh. Do yourself a favor and come try out the friendliest CrossFit in Florida.

I was skeptical about joining a crossfit gym that would not accommodate a beginner, but the first time I met Leigh, the owner of this gym, I knew I was in the right place. The staff here is awesome, the facilities are clean, and having A/C is a huge plus. Highly recommend this box to anyone, specially if you're looking to getting into shape but don't know what to do yet.

Walked into Out of the Box four years ago looking for a new yoga spot, and since then I've been hooked on CrossFit. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the members are great and everyone is supportive of one another, truly a family environment. The one thing I like the most, is everyone is welcome no mater the age or ability level, because in the end it's about getting a great workout.If you're new to the area, looking for a new 'box', or just thinking about CrossFit stop in and say hello.

I have been a member for 5 years and love the sense of community that this gym brings to a disjointed South Florida. I have done many fitness activities in my life and I have never been bored with the workouts at out of the box. All the coaches are well trained and learn each individual to know just how to motivate. The new facility is pristine and all the equipment is up to date and clean, which makes a huge difference to me. You would do yourself a favor by dropping in or joining Out of the Box.
