I am writing to highly recommend my coach, Ken Morris, of Limitless Strength and Conditioning. I’ve had the privilege of working with Coach Ken for the last 3 1/2 years and have seen tremendous results in my physical fitness and overall well-being.Ken possesses a unique combination of knowledge, experience, and passion for fitness. He has an extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology and creates customized workout plans based on each client’s individual needs and goals. Coach Ken is also able to effectively motivate and encourage clients to push themselves to their limits, resulting in noticeable progress and success. I’ve witnessed the difference he’s made in countless student athletes and their performance on the field/court, etc. Conversely, my progress as a 58 year old woman with some arthritic issues has been stunning. When I began, I never seriously trained with weights. Ken taught form and mechanics first. I’ve gone from deadlifting a PVC pipe to deadlifting 230 lbs. on a trap bar. Something I never even imagined possible!!In addition to Ken’s technical skills, he has an amazing personality and a positive attitude, making him a pleasure to work with. I always look forward to our sessions…even when I know they’re going to be immensely challenging. He always makes things fun, even if they’re hard. He’s always my biggest cheerleader!I highly recommend Coach Ken and his team at Limitless. Get in touch if you’re looking to improve your physical fitness, and increase your strength and endurance. He truly has a talent for helping others achieve their full potential. "Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care" - Theodore Roosevelt.

Andrew is our trainer and he is amazing. Awesome schedule availability, all the equipment are top of the line. We started 5:30am class and this time is amazing for me! Andrew is very professional and always in a good mood, very respectful and knows what he is doing so we wont get hurt! I love it! Super recommended.

Started training here 6 months ago with Andrew and it’s been a great experience! Awesome coach that cares about your success in the gym and will push you to your limits! No matter what your goals are, he’ll design a program that will help you reach them! Highly recommend Andrew and team limitless

it is an amazing program. i went from barely bench pressing the bar to bench pressing 105 for 3 reps! i also went from barely deadlifting 65lbs to deadlifting 135lbs. they are amazing training and very good with kids. You have fun with any trainer and learn so much while getting very strong.

Are there 6 or 7 stars available? I've been going to this gym on and off for about three years now (with a break in Covid in between). You can buy weights and you can get a gym membership anywhere, but what you can't get is incredible …

Strength training is incredible for my overall health!. Training with Ken has helped me feel strong as well as my balance and coordination have greatly improved . I’m 72 years and a lifelong competitive swimmer . With the additional training my swimming has improved AND it’s helping to protect against bone loss as well!!I can highly recommend Ken Morris more than just a qualified personal trainer he makes training fun! He pushes me just enough but not too much :-)

I have been going to limitless since March, after a few baseball teammates urged me to try it out. As a two-sport athlete, I was initially hesitant to give it a shot because I was not sure if he was suitable for both baseball and football players. However, after my first day there I instantly fell in love with it. The atmosphere, the coaching, the equipment… Everything is top of the line. Joining the limitless family is hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only physically, but mentally I have made huge strides because of this place. I do not see Ken as an unapproachable gym owner, but as a friend and someone who looks out for me and wants me to reach my full potential. He is about as quality of a man as it gets. Going to limitless every night has become the highlight of each day. I have had some pretty incredible results as well; I have become way stronger in every lift, my vert has increased greatly since my first time in the gym, my 40 speed has gotten a great bit faster, and most importantly my body feels the best it ever has. Ken is an absolute expert in weight training, his track record speaks for itself. He coaches both guys and girls from very young ages to older people 50+. He preaches the core concepts and ideologies of strength and he is suitable for every sport. It doesn’t get any better than this. Ken has impacted my life greatly and I can’t thank him enough for that! I recommend this place to anyone.

Ken has been a huge part of my lifting career. I went into the gym pretty lost on what I was doing and never had a set routine. Since then, I have been going to Ken for the 7 months and counting and I couldn’t have made a better decision. I have made so many new relationships that will last a lifetime and place I can now call home.

Where do i even begin. let’s start with the bona fide meaning of limitless and what ken has created, in order to be limitless it doesn’t only take physical strength. Mentality is one of the biggest target points and a very important one. A great thing i’ve learned from ken is that motivation isn’t enough, to be truly great you have to be dedicated and passionate about your craft and that i can confidently assure you that ken is. as a senior in high school who no longer plays a sport ken has given me an opportunity to stay on track and keep my shape and mentality healthy. Limitless feels like a family and it’s one of the most welcoming places. so so grateful i found a home like this to build my mental and physical strength daily. Went into limitless maybe 5 months ago for the first time and it was eye opening, coming from a commercial gym to this place i can say with a smile on my face that it will humble you. (from experience). overall every trainer at this gym is highly qualified and passionate about what they do and again i couldn’t be more grateful for the trainers and friends that train and make this place such a fun environment.#BELIMITLESS

My review is most definitely long overdue. I was an avid limitless member a few years ago. Only reason why I left is that I had relocated to Orlando. My first impression upon visiting limitless was somewhat intimidating at first. No frills …
