Awesome workout! Always leave there feeling accomplished. I walk in and my workout is right there waiting for me. The trainers are very knowledgeable and always push you to work harder. They help you get the most out of every workout and they always are prepared with and alternate exercise if there’s something that’s too hard for you or you have a physical limitation. I love my Jensen Beach 9rounds!
