Our experience with Barwis in Port St Lucie and now relocated to Fort Pierce has been excellent. The staff there is knowledgeable and professional. All the staff is great. Mike Ryan deserves special recognition for the excellent job he does. Brian Wright is always bubbly and friendly and is a great trainer one-on-one and for groups. I'm glad to give them the highest possible rating.

I was at the end of my rope after years of pushing through working out with back pain and a recent back injury that hospitalized me this summer. I really thought this was going to be my life until I met Aliana. She listened intently and empathetically to understand my story to best create my plan of care. I am overjoyed to say that after a little over a month I am now able to pick up my two-year-old son and play with him and feel confident and stronger than ever. I am excited to continue my fitness journey with Barwis outside of physical therapy. But I definitely will miss Aliana! Thank you for everything lady!!! ❤️

I am so thankful I found Barwis Physical Therapy, I’m especially grateful for my physical therapist Brittany Benson! I’ve been working with Brittany for a month and have made great improvements in my recovery, even with some setbacks! After having my third cervical spine surgery I came home with left sided weakness, numbness, and the typical stiffness and limited range of motion. Physical therapy with the Barwis family is more than just your standard physical therapy, I’ve had my fair share of physical therapy at other places and there’s no comparison. Brittany is a great listener and adjusts my therapy accordingly, she’s patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, flexible, and well rounded. She sends you home with a personalized exercise program and it’s all on an app with videos for your therapies at home. I’m looking forward to continued progress in my recovery with Brittany and the Barwis family! If you’re on the fence about a physical therapist look no further and give Barwis a call!

My son has been getting physical therapy at Barwis for about a month now. My husband found this place and we couldn’t be happier! This place is unbelievable. From the minute you walk in everyone is so nice. My son over used his rotator cuff pitching in baseball. We previously went to another facility for p/t and we were not happy at all!!!! He loves going to Barwis and loves his physical therapist Brittany. He looks forward to going and asked if he can go an extra day every week. We are so happy my husband found this place. It’s like a big family. I highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy!!!!!

Excellent facility and trainers. Its right next to the Mets stadium, but kind of hard to find if you've never been before. My 9 year old daughters softball team goes once a week for conditioning training. Tonight was her first night because she's been out for a couple of weeks.I could tell on by her face during the training that it was the perfect amount of toughness to where she was getting a very nice workout, but also enjoying herself.Weights and machines available, but could not tell you to what extent, as none of their workouts involved them.Highly recommend.

I've never experienced anything quite like Barwis. The staff is amazing, the facility is top notch, and the equipment and methods are cutting edge. My wife and I both have had transformational results form working with Nick and the team at Barwis. My wife has had several back/neck surgeries. The severity of her injuries intimidates most therapists. But not Nick and the Barwis team. She is stronger and in less pain than anytime since a severe accident 20 some years ago. For me --- tendinopathy and muscle imbalance issues have been plaguing me for years. After working out at Barwis for a few months, my shoulders/knees/elbow/wrists are feeling strong, stable, and pain-free. We are lucky to have such a great resource on the Treasure Coast.

My son Ryan has been a part of the Neurological Re-engineering Program at Barwis for over 4 years now. It has been the best experience for him both mentally and physically. Everyone there is fantastic! They are professional, caring, are constantly reevaluating him and making sure he has the best plan of therapy and we are treated like family! So fortunate to have this facility in our area!

Our High School baseball team attends recovery day sessions to assist in recovery and muscle development. Dr. Benson does an incredible job with our athletes providing on time direct training for each muscle group and complex. We are extremely happy with the services she provides at Barwis. Also our athletes go there with individualized work ups and rehab for injury’s that may occur in practice/games. I love how accessible and quick she gets our players in, assesses their injury, develops a rehab plan, and starts them working towards their goals of recovery! Couldn’t be more luckier to have such a great asset locally to send our student athletes to.Professional athletes choose Barwis, so why wouldn’t we allow them the opportunity to treat our athletes based on their needs!Thank you Dr. Benson and staff for your continued support, service and first class professionalism with our athletes!

I am 5 months into my recovery after having ACL Reconstruction Surgery. The Barwis Methods has a well equipped facility, and the staff have all been great. Dr. Benson has been my physical therapist during this recovery. She has great communication on creating the schedule and explaining the exercises. This has made a hard, long recovery feel like another day at the gym. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Benson to any of my friends or family if they ever need a physical therapist.

We are so thankful to the staff, trainers and physical therapists at Barwis who have gone above and beyond our expectations! They meticulously customized a plan for our daughter after her leg injury and were able to get her back on her feet and running sooner than expected. Their hard work, efforts and expertise are the best in the industry! We consider them family as they have truly dedicated themselves to promote the health and well being of all of our children! Special thanks to Nick, Bryan and Antonio!
