I had been struggling with two nagging injuries, frustrated at my lack of fitness. Rick took the time to listen to my goals, assess my weak areas, and design a plan that would help me get moving. Three months later I am back to running pain free, my strength and mobility are better than they have been in a long time, and I actually look forward to working out. Personal trainer Rick helped me get into the best shape of my life. This gym is friendly, clean, with a great variety of equipment. Very comfortable gym environment. Massage therapist Debbie always does an exceptional job melting away sore muscles. Highly recommend this gym and all their staff.
