This place is the right place to go if you want to get stronger and better at mix martial arts. The coaches are amazing they are willing to work with you and are very respectful 10/10 highly recommended.

The best gym I could've asked for. Everyone is awesome, super nice, and wants to work hard and grow. I've made some really good friends along the way. When I first came to the gym around 2 years ago, I was very anxious to be honest. It was really scary. All of those feelings melted away very quickly when I realized everyone was there to make themselves AND each other better, and to learn. Nobody is caught up on themselves, nobody is there to hurt their teammates; everyone is friends, it's a very positive atmosphere.Beyond that, the instruction is top-notch, I've done Sambo and Judo here, both are taught by masters of the craft. It's really great.

I’ve trained in Sambo at BVT from early February 2023 to late May 2023, sadly work is taking me away but it’s been an amazing time training with coach Lucas. I went into learning Sambo with no real martial arts training beforehand and I was able to start picking it up very quickly since they’re very good at breaking down the mechanics of the moves for new folks. Sambo an amazingly versatile and practical martial art and there’s no place better to learn it. I really can’t recommend this place enough, if you want to learn how to defend yourself with something that’s fully practical and doesn’t waste your time with flashy nonsense then you really need to at least visit and see what Sambo is about. I hope I don’t stay away too long!

My daughter has been in this class for almost a year. She used to be in the kids class but just recently promoted to the adult class. She looks forward to coming four times a week and is very dedicated and happy here.

**Update, my son has been part of BVT family for 2 years now and he is still loving it. It has been awesome watching his growth and confidence sore. Coach Lucas is amazing and I would highly recommend them if your looking to learn some self defense.**We signed our son up now about 2 months ago. He is loving it! He is leaning both mental and physical prowess. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely feel like we are part of the family!We are our own first responders and I am glad we found a safe place for my son to learn additional skills to be able to handle whatever may come his way.

Have been Sambo training for a year here and am very happy. Lucas is so accommodating. I’ve injured my knee twice and my training doesn’t completely stall. They’re able to accommodate injuries during training and keep encouraging my momentum to learn. Everyone I train with steps in to teach me things and make sure I’m doing the right steps or point out things I missed while we grapple. Hopefully my knees will stop being noodles so I can continue indefinitely
