I just did 2 weeks of Burn Boot Camp and it was absolutely amazing!The workouts are different every day, if you go all 6 days you would get all body parts, bursts of cardio in every workout, some more than others, as well as agility and balance. You are literally in and out within 45 minutes, yet you’re moving every minute. The active cardio warm up is 5 minutes, then you move for about 3 minutes while the workout of the day is explained, then 30 minutes of the main workout , a 2-3 minute finisher ending with 2-3 minutes of stretching.All exercises can be modified. The trainers make sure to know your name along with any restrictions. Every exercise can be done at your own level, which allows to see personal improvement. The energy is invigorating, with fun music and all around nice people. The trainers allocate time in between to schedule 15 minute sessions to discuss privately any questions, wether about an exercise or goal. The facility is clean and organized. My friends and family use the child care, which the feedback I have received is that the child care staff is very alert and caring, as well as given the proper tools to make kids’ experiences fun. I am actually a personal trainer myself, and going to Burn has been something I look forward to everyday.

LOVE everything about this place! From the excellent programming to the super friendly, professional and motivating instructors. Movements never get stale because they change from week to week, yet the programming is very intentional with building from the previous week. Every second is accounted for in a perfectly timed 45 min workout that goes very fast! They don’t miss a thing; with focusing on a very well rounded strength and conditioning program. They do encourage you to lift heavier but always with proper form. The instructors will not miss you if you’re doing a movement incorrectly! I can’t say enough great things! They’ve got this down pat. They also create a VERY welcoming atmosphere with fellow members, balancing encouragement and motivation. It’s not just a ‘you’re in and out’ facility. Encouraging proper nutrition is also brought up routinely. All in an effort to keep us motivated, and it works! They routinely include fun things like salsa nights and social gatherings. Because of all the effort they put in, you feel like you’re becoming a part of a community. This is probably the most important reason why I joined. I did CrossFit for over 12 years and while I did love it, the injuries were not worth the workout. At Burn, you’re pushed but in a much safer environment. I’m in this for the long haul so being healthy enough to actually do a workout makes the most sense to me! If you’re a person that has a difficult time staying consistent (like myself), Burn is the answer!! All you have to do is show up and by the time the workout is over you’re feeling on top of the world AND so glad you didn’t talk yourself out of it!!

Look no further and try Burn Bootcamp. I’ve done CrossFit before and other Bootcamps that were great, but I never thought I’d find something I LOVE even more. The energy, the trainers, the workouts, the community of women, and childcare are all top notch. You won’t regret coming in for a trial and checking it out. I’m a Burn Babe for life! 😃

I cannot brag and rave enough about Burn and what it has done for my life. I had never worked out ever, until 2 years ago when I decided to give Burn a try because I needed a change in my life, and my mother could not stop talking about it. It was the best decision I could have ever made. I can’t imagine my life without Burn now! The trainers are absolutely incredible at what they do. They are so helpful, attentive, caring, motivating, kind, and dedicated to their members. The environment is uplifting and inspiring, and going to Burn is truly the best part of my days. Being a total beginner at one point- they made it easy and not scary. They offer modifications and will sit there with you until you understand. We have so much fun while working hard and getting stronger each day. Burn is just different. You don’t understand until you give it a try, and I hope that you do!!!

I did a free week trial at Burn Boot Camp back in April 2022. I really enjoyed it . I then came back for the deal at $100 for 4 weeks in August. After that 4 weeks was up , I decided to make the commitment and join for the long haul . I love how every workout is different and there is so much variety plus modification options . I love the challenge and I love the way I feel after I leave . The community of women that I have been around between staff and the others working out , is amazing and everyone is so supportive and they get me motivated to push harder . I’m so happy to be apart of BURN BOOT CAMP !!

BURN BOOT CAMP has changed my life!!! Not only do I love the trainers and the staff...but the community is amazing!! Everyone is always encouraging one another! It really is a family away from home. I have made incredible friends and accountability partners at BBC! The gym is always spotless and the childcare services are excellent! My kids look forward to going every day!
