I have worked out here for over ten years. They have always been supportive and understanding of whatever my fitness goals are no matter how many times they change. I deal with a lot of physical challenges and know that they will always be there to help me and make sure I am able to get my training in no matter what set backs I am personally facing.

I started CrossFit with this gym 9+ years ago during a difficult time in my life. Fortune and Edson has provided challenging workouts while ensuring I am lifting properly, they also assisted with eating well. They provide positivity and inspiration, and a more than GREAT workout!!!

I am in my mid 40’s and I have been going to Crossfit and working with Fortune for 2 years. The workouts are intense but Fortune is there to encourage and motivate you every step of the way. She also suggests meal plans that allow me to get the most out of my workouts and recovery. With having been to many gyms in the area, Crossfit PSL is the only one I truly enjoy for a challenging workout, knowledgeable and inspiring trainer in a unique environment.

Crossfit Port Saint Lucie has a really involved, supportive staff that is more than helpful. The people that workout there also are extremely nice and respectful. Crossfit PSL is one of the greatest out there. I highly recommend it.
