If you enjoy being hustled for personal training sessions when you enter the gym then this is the place for you. Do you enjoy feeling like you are at a used car dealership when you are trying to get a workout? Then this is the place for you! The children at the front desk are rude and condescending. Instead of having 8 people standing at the front desk checking their social media, they should be refilling paper towel and sanitizer. This place continues to go down hill.

The lockerroom floors obviously haven't been mopped in days. Locker area, sink area, and sauna area are all sticky and covered in dirt spots. It would be nice if they could give us a mop or something to wipe up sweat off the floor in the sauna. I would gladly clean up after myself if we had a swiffer or some kind of sauna mop. Otherwise the sauna floor is always slippery and covered in puddles of sweat.

They have great equipment. It's always a mess though. Weights are never put away. Soap dispensers empty or not working. It's cheap though so it's bearable I guess. Anything beats planet fitness.

I visited here a few times already with my partner. The gym is always almost full around the time we go but rarely have to wait too long for certain machines. The selections are abundant, and the front desk people are decent. They don't check ID'S for guests consistently, though. I like that they have alot of options too from group classes to include hot Yoga. I will definitely try some of those in the near future!

Be extremely cautious when signing up for this gym. Don't be fooled by shiny new gym or their low-entry offers before you make sure you understand the cancellation fees, the 3-month contract, the annual fees.

Kelly is horrible. Deliberately ignored me and helped a couple that came in when I was literally standing in front of her at the front desk.It’s a bit weird how they can’t keep employees here. All the good workers are gone and now there’s another new general manager…again? I’ve been coming here since Crunch first opened, but the new GM and some of the employees are rude.Two stars because i like the equipment.

My son joined being new to the area. He wasn’t happy the trainer spent no time with him and was no help at all. He canceled his membership knowing he had to pay a cancellation fee. Well can you explain why they have charged him almost five hundred dollars with different transactions! This coming after he paid the cancellation fee. NEVER GO HERE. We called the bank and they are helping us and because of this he had to get a new debit card. And let me add that they also hang up on him when he called and tried to speak to a manager

Love this gym! Always clean and the staff is very friendly. Where else can can you get hot yoga a sauna and massage for this price!
