Flex33 is the place you want to be!!I am not a big fan of giving reviews but the honest truth is this establishment is very warm,inviting and the owners treat you like familySpin class is fun,the members that come there are friendly and they actually talk to you. So if you are looking for a gym and not is really a gym but more like a home. Come and check out Flex 33!!!

One of the best decisions I have made in life. I was extremely nervous signing up as I never attended a cycle class. Everyone there made me feel extremely comfortable and motivated. I leave every class with a smile. Best part of my day!

Flx 33 is definitely more than a gym! This family owned boutique studio is a very special place. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew it was set apart from any other gym/health club/studio I have ever attended. The classes are awesome! The instructors offer so much encouragement and truly care about their members. For those of you that want a rock solid workout, in a loving environment, flx 33 is for you!

The owners Kim & Scott are doing such wonderful things with this business! Not only is Kim a PersonalTrainer, but they excel at teaching these spin classes & add on faith value as well. They are so kind as to give free class credits to try out any classes you’d like for a limited time. I’ve been coming for two months now & it’s the perfect opportunity to gather with community & exercise together!

FLX33 Is easily the friendliest place I’ve been to! As a new rider, I was greeted & shown every detail about my ride. Then, the other riders welcomed me and made me feel at home! I love the screen that shows me as an avatar in a scenic road! Great motivation! I love being part of this special community

FLX33 has helped me get back to working out and feeling good and healthy. Great friendly environment and great group workout. All the trainers and classes are awesome. Joining FLX33 is one of the best decisions I made. It's addicting!

Words cannot express how amazing this class is. This was my first time trying spin class and I felt so welcomed. The staff is really so kind and encouraging. I have never felt more motivated by a group of people. I am so happy I found this studio.
