Iron Knight Gym

Thought I’d give them a try cus the door was open. After a few minutes of showing myself around, the manager came over to finish my tour. She was great and provided me all the information about getting a membership, showed me the leg press machine, and even offered me one of their towels. All in all it seems like a great facility, however, I decided not to enroll because I am a turtle.

A stellar gym! I signed up for their group training package in December and it has been amazing. I feel stronger and more confident every day.

I'm a former competitive athlete in my 30s and have been trying to find a space where I feel motivated to continue my fitness and have fun. Iron Knight is that place! The owners are fantastic people, the equipment is great, and the members are all genuinely nice people.This is a pretty no-fuss place -- you'll find everyone is from different backgrounds and abilities. A lot of members compete in powerlifting! I am hoping to do my first meet next year.Also, the trainers are top notch -- I have had so much fun learning new skills from them! My confidence is much higher than before; definitely check this place out :)

Best Gym in PSL hands down and it's not even close! They have all the equipment you need to get the physique you are looking for and if you show up and give the effort you'll get results! Corey and his staff are amazing and this gym feels like family! I highly recommend them!

So I visited Iron Knight Gym during my short weekend stay. I was looking for a full workout and that is exactly what I got. The place was clean and all the equipment was well layed out with plenty of room to move around. The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. During my initial warm-ups one of the trainers took the time to correct my movements while at the same time aiding one of her regular clients. She didn't have to do that however, I was impressed by the fact that she did and it shows that Iron Knight has an equal interest in your well being as well as your safety. The music is constantly blasting which helps you get into the right mindset of not just working out but working out hard. I strongly recommend this gym and will be repeat visitor.

If you're looking for a personal gym experience and want to avoid the "commercial" atmosphere, Iron Knight Gym is where you want to be. Not only can you find any piece of equipment for whatever your style of training may be but the staff is truly genuine and helpful. Members are always having a great time and enjoy helping too if needed. This is the definition of a "real" gym in my opinion. Did I mention 24/7 access? Stop playing around here people, you know where to go.

I love this gym. I am new to working out (<1 year) and I have learned a lot from watching the other lifters and getting advice from Corey, the owner. The members are all extremely friendly and encouraging. I have never felt intimidated to be in there as a new lifter either! A great place to get reps in and an even better place to improve yourself. 💪

The best gym in the area in more ways than one. Even from someone who likes to stay quiet in the gym and do my own thing, I’ve experienced the culture and community aspect of IKG. Members are friendly, helpful, and not as intimidating as they may look 😂I recommend this gym to anyone. From people just starting out and doing classes, to those who are accustomed to a gym, to professionals. The culture is like no other and the owners are constantly doing new and exciting things with the gym.

I have tried many different gyms and different fitness classes, but most definitely Iron Gym is not only a GYM but a family they care for your concerns educate you and you love the atmosphere. Iron Knight is the place to be.

I normally hate going to the gym but Iron Knight isn’t really a gym. It’s a bunch of people who become family who enjoy helping each other look and feel better! I’ve only been going for a few months but I already see and feel the results. My coach is amazing and we were paired perfectly! If you’re looking to get serious about yourself and your health journey, Iron Knight is the perfect place to start!
