Equipment is never where it should be while 3+ people sit at the front counter. Bathroom is gross most of the time. Basketball court closes one hour early while the rest of the gym is accessible. Staff is nice, but this is my last month with them.

Gus is the best!I cannot say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, and cares about your overall wellness when he works with you.My husband and I have both been impressed with how great we look and feel after just a few sessions with Gus!He is the real deal.

I love my home LA Fitness this location is small and it seems everything is on top of each other. The equipment looks dated. It worked being in the area but will not drop in again.

The group exercise room is at capacity due to la tradition closing. You cannot expect to take two locations and provide services effectively from one location. This is not what we signed up for. Need another group exercise room for the additional over capacity.

Ladies locker room. Filthy!! NASTY stringy hair everywhere. Upstairs cardio, all machines are old and rusty. Carpet disgusting. 11am it was packed to compacity. Not worth the money!!

Darkskin girl with long black hair at the front desk is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. No one has answers to account questions and the gym is always packed, hard to get to machines you want to use.

My husband and I have a master trainer named Gus who is wonderful. He spends a lot of time with us and is very caring. He shows us how to exercise without spending all day at the gym. He is very knowledgeable.

I have been working with Master Trainer Gus for over 9 months and he's great to work with. He listens to your goal and implements a plan to help you to achieve it. He's very patient and a good motivator.LA Fitness Corporate, however, needs to invest more effort into maintaining their equipment.

It is looking more and more as if the franchise owners of the facility don't care about its members. Nor do they care about the cleanliness of the Gym.Equipment is in for service for weeks. Needing repair.The water fountains barely work and produce warm water with very little water pressure. For months one of the fountains always has a red bucket to catch the dripping water.The carpet is old and worn out. In addition the entire carpet is filthy with dirt, water stains everywhere. Looks like it hasn't been steam cleaned or replaced in years.In the morning (5am), the trash cans are full from the night before. The Towelettes are littered throughout the facility and water bottles on the floor.Weights almost  always remain un-stacked and the dumbbells are rarely returned to the rack.Many of the barbells are warped or bent.There are many pieces of equipment that need replacement. The pads on certain equipment are torn or cracked.DO BETTER LA FITNESS
