Different concept on working out. Nice to try something new! I love this gym. Great people with high energy, friendly attitudes, and lots of encouragement! It's a little pricey for my budget but when I can afford to go, I do. I like to mix this with a traditional gym because I can find myself getting a little bored at OT with the same equipment over and over. But still love this place!
