It's short and to the point. Highly effective metabolic workout with an extended metabolic burn. I can get in and out in 55 minutes and still feel good about getting a great workout in for the day.

I loved: The science behind the training. The small, coach-led class. It's safe, not stupid. Fun workout and good loud music to get and keep you moving!

The OTF workout consists of the treadmill, water rower, and floor exercises. The floor exercises vary from using weights, body weight, and the TRX straps. Every day is a different workout.While on vacation I attended 6 classes at this studio. My home studio is OTF Tuckahoe, NY so I’m comparing my experience to the great staff there.Coming through the door the staff was always pleasant. The coach’s that instructed my classes were Heather, Cheryl, and Phil (head coach). I’m happy to say, my positive OTF experience extends to the Pt St Lucie studio. Coach Phil is beyond enthusiastic and gives the shout-outs and positive reinforcement which made me push my limits. He also came outside after class where I was talking with friends and complimented me on my treadmill workout. He is very friendly and well suited for his position as Manager/ Head Coach.Coach Heather and Cheryl are both very energetic and provide an upbeat positive experience as well.I am a big fan of OTF!!
