Patrick is the best! Been working out with him and training with him for about 3 months now, I've lost 20 lbs, gained muscle and endurance. I'll be sticking with him for a long time.

Came in 3 months ago with my spouse drabby, flabby and to be honest apprehensive if our mid fifty year old bodies can hold up to a high intensity workout. Patrick the owner promised us within 3 months, with eating cleaner and with his mild to wild workout regimen we would be leaner and have more muscle tone. In only a month and a half family, friends and co-workers began noticing a difference. Now 3 months in we are hooked. Lost almost 15 lbs, belly is flatter, muscle tone is developing in areas i havent seen since i was a teenager and starting to keep up with more high intensity workout routines that we couldn't even fathom doing before we entered Red Pitts Fitness. 5 stars is just not enough for what is yet to come.

I have never been this committed to my work outs and personal health; which speaks volumes to Pat’s attributes as a trainer and coach. He’s awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, personable and genuinely vested in the well-being of his clients. You don’t need to be an expert fitness enthusiast to fit in here. When you consciously make the decision to join Red Pitts Fitness, you are more than a number…you’re family. AND THAT, is the Red Pitts difference!

Great trainer!!! The workouts can be intimidating and i Intense but worth it. He pushing/encourage you to go hard but also at you pace. I have been going for about 3-4 now and before I could not run now I’m up to 6 laps feeling better and moving faster. Also he gives strength and stretches that have been great for my back… if your looking for a gym/trainer I would say reach out or stop by you will not regret it.
