Serafitness is an amazing gym, the environment is all-inclusive. The only thing you need before you walk in isn't experience, it isn't knowledge of weight lifting. It's good energy, a positive attitude, and the drive to change. Carina is experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, and the energy is contagious.

Absolutely amazing! I was only able to go for a couple months but absolutely loved it. I have had countless gym memberships and gone to so many classes with trainers but nothing compares to here. I went in feeling uncomfortable and very out of shape to feeling totally comfortable with everyone there and the work outs. I was finally a person who looked forward to working out and saw results in a couple weeks. My favorite thing was how the class runs and never feeling discouraged if you couldn’t do something everyone who attends these classes are amazing especially the trainer! I highly recommend this gym! I just had my second baby so I hope to come back soon!

I've been going to Serafitness for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! I was super nervous at first but once I started I felt very comfortable and loved the atmosphere. Carina is super knowledgeable and her bootcamp classes are killer! She offers a few different times for her classes which is another reason I joined. I highly recommend this gym.
