The Center is a very local, personable fitness club that has a more than spectacular facility. Two punching bags, a banging sound system, and plenty of workout machines/dumbest to get the muscles going!? What’s not to love?I’m happy to call this gym my regular training spot.

Best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Location is prime and its 24/7. The gym has everything you need and also has a portion outside with great turf. The center gym is the best in martin county.

I love the vibe of The Center Gym! Friendly people, equipment is always clean and orderly and has everything that I need. Bonus - it’s 24 hours and has great lighting..not dim but not Walmart bright either.

Amazing gym that provides excellent coaching. I have been Cody client for a while. He prepped me for my first show a few years ago and did absolutely amazing. The first day I walked in the gym I felt at home everyone was so nice and welcoming. Its a very clean gym where everyone can be themselves and have a great support system. Rather you are a beginner or not they make you feel at home and push you to strive better.

Best smoothie deal in town! 25g-50g of protein per smoothie, way more cost effective than other shops in town. You can build your own smoothie and it tastes great. Highly recommend. The gym is 24/7 and I enjoy working out here

What an amazing gym with 24hr access. Cody and his team are friendly kind and supportive. Reach out to Cody if you want one on one training he’s your guy! The gym has a shower and changing room for anyone who is coming from work or school. WOULD RECOMMEND :)))

My 13yo son has been working out with Cody Merrill for a good month now. Football conditioning between seasons! My son loves his workouts and how Cody pushes him. Never too far or too hard but slowly building up his strength and stamina. 10/10 recommend Cody, Kassidy and the Center Gym! He’s done more than he thought he was capable of
