I appreciate Kelly how you gear your class for everyone with so much encouraging information. If you are thinking of starting yoga , look no further for a welcoming environment that will help you at every level. As someone new to yoga I get too class too early trying to get a spot in the back of the room. 😂 I now realize that everyone only wants to help and no judgement on your skills.... thank you...

After my first class here, I signed up for the unlimited month! The instructors are amazing, the studio is beautiful & it is such a welcoming environment! So happy to have found this studio & so close to home :)

Hot Vinyasa for the WIN!Just finished with Kelly's hot vinyasa, and I am basking in an amazing post-yoga buzz. Great class, talented instructor, welcoming room. When I am home to visit my Mom, I will return to The Grow Room for another class. So good.

This studio feels like coming home! So rare to find such a welcoming studio that offers something for everyone. I love all of the classes I’ve taken, perfect blend of yoga poses, movement and spirituality. Feeds my soul everytime I spend an hour here!

THE BEST PART OF MY DAY! This studio is the best on the Treasure Coast -- a mixture of hot, restorative, vinyasa, yin, slow flow, everything a yogi could need to make it a brilliant day! Try their first month unlimited deal -- see you on the mat!

So happy they opened this studio and can’t wait to practice here again!! Such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere filled with bright, positive energy from the moment you walk in. The ladies there were very knowledgeable and and accommodating to my individual practice which I really appreciated. Thank you guys again! I’ll definitely be back! :)

I love this place! A perfect little studio with beautiful welcoming energy. Yoga can get expensive, so the prices here make it much easier to get more yoga sessions in. The classes I've attended so far have been the right amount of relaxing yet challenging. I cant wait for the Barre classes to start. Thank you for opening this studio!
