I visited the gym on the weekend while being on the area for a Powerlifting meet. I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to get in because of Covid but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the owner and said I could come in. I was surprised of how beautiful it looked inside. And how CLEAN it was. Thank you so much for the opportunity to let me lift!Loved this gym and hopefully I get to visit again.

This place is amazing! I was asked to a photoshoot here for a current member. The ownership was easy to work with and let me tell yo the images came out amazing! Hopefully you go train here as well. They have everything a person needs to do heavy lifetime and core functionality!I’m so glad I got to do a photoshoot here and also will be recommending this gym to anyone in the area!

This has to be one of the best gyms I've been to. It might be small but it has everything you need to get the job done. This is not a social gathering like like your big chain gyms, no groups of people taking selfies and hogging equipment. If your serious about training this gym is for you.
