Kirsten is wonderful! Did a 10-session pack with my partner and we both noticed significant improvements to our core strength, pain levels, and flexibility. Kirsten would expertly adapt the workouts to match our needs or issues, and always followed up to see how we felt after the sessions, as well as to offer thoughtful suggestions for at-home exercises. I've never done movement work with someone so attentive and committed.

Kirsten is amazing. I am not really comfortable in group settings, especially exercising. Very self-conscious. I had gained a ton of weight and was worried about not being able to do things. Kirsten set the pace perfectly and made me feel capable and confident very quickly. She listens and adapts - highly recommend. Love working with her. Always felt great leaving her studio.

After hearing from friends about Kirsten and how much she helped them, I managed to do a series of duet lessons over a month. I have a very weak core and always struggled in large group Pilates classes, ending up feeling frustrated and out of shape. I’ve learned a lot about proper form and accessing deep core muscles from the sessions with Kristen. She has a wonderful, positive presence and a keen eye for subtle adjustments to make movements more effective. She’s also great about following up with you by email between classes with video clips, encouragement, and questions about how you’re feeling and what you want to work on. Very happy to recommend!

Kirsten is the best! I've been seeing her for about a year to gain strength after some injuries and I've made major progress through her thoughtful and knowledgeable approach. She's creative with her choices of exercises and stretches, always responding to what your body is doing on that particular day and your description of how it's been feeling. She follows up and provides helpful insight on how small changes to your movement and posture in everyday life can impact your overall body health. I especially love how her dance background provides her with a deep understanding of the body and movement. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Kirsten is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and it's potential. She was very in tune with my limitations and knew exactly how to manipulate her pilates equipment to my advantage. I thoroughly enjoyed my session with her and felt great afterwards. Do not hesitate to book her for a session!

Kirsten is a terrific movement teacher. In the almost two years I've been seeing her, we've worked on many things, but I mostly think of my time with her as dedicated to rewriting motor programs that aren't working. She is amazingly precise, and easily spots where a tiny centimeter adjustment somewhere can change the entire focus and effect of a movement. She also has a great blend of encyclopedic knowledge and spot-on intuition about what's needed. I always leave feeling longer, more supple, and like I have improved how my body moves through space.

If you don’t know about Gyrotonics, hurry to Kirsten and find out. Kirsten is a terrific Pilates instructor, and her Gyrotonics skills bring her work to a new level. I started with Kirsten for injury therapy, and now I go weekly to stay at injury-free.

Kirsten is so knowledgeable and brings such good energy into each session I have attended with her. She listens closely, pays attention, adjusts accordingly, and has taught me so much about how my body can shift and change and grow stronger.
