My wife and I were experiencing problems with our 15-year-old Spirit Z100 treadmill. I stopped by the store expecting to purchase a new treadmill. Before launching into a sales pitch that would have likely succeeded, Mike (Connolly) asked me what the problem was with my old treadmill. After describing the problem, Mike suggested that a few simple diagnostic/repair steps be taken before giving up on the old machine. I went directly home, applied the suggestions Mike gave me, and discovered that my old treadmill still had some useful life. I appreciated Mike's honesty, fairness, and integrity. However, when our old treadmill does meet the end of its useful life, we will be sure to visit Mike to purchase a replacement. I had a great in-store experience.
