This opportunity has opened my eyes to what a gym membership really can be. It’s community, driven results, knowledge, and sweat, lots of sweat!I really loved how the team at Maine Warrior Gym work together to create an atmosphere that makes you want to be there. There wasn’t a single time that I didn’t want to go! I used to dread going to the gym, it was boring, (unless I could drag someone else with me) it felt tedious and the results.... it really wasn’t doing anything for me.I cannot say enough great things about the team, they are down to earth, approachable and meet you wherever you’re at in your journey.

Loved the 6-week body transformation challenge. The meal plan is easy to follow and the trainers are so supportive! I lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks and will continue going. Great gym with great people!

I hadn’t worked out in a while when I started here and was a little nervous at first, but I definitely shouldn’t have been. This gym is awesome. You feel like family when you’re here. The trainers are excellent and make classes fun. No two work outs are the same. Everyone is very supportive and adaptive to personal needs. I highly recommend checking it out.

I came to the 6 week program with little experience in exercise, and only a history of short-term diets that inevitably revert to the sad old convenient American diet. This program has helped me make a sustainable change in my habits and has shifted my priorities a bunch. The staff manage to be so support while pushing you to improve, which creates this amazing community of people cheering you on your journey. Definitely recommend trying it out.

It had been years since I worked out consistently. Based on a friend's experience, I decided to take part in the 6-week challenge. Although I didn't make the goal, I did lose weight and inches. The workouts were challenging, and the instructors encouraging, but I just didn't feel I meshed with MWG. I will not be continuing my "membership" with MWG, but it has helped kick start my fitness journey.

Maine Warrior Gym has been exactly what I was hoping it would be, a major kickstart in getting back in shape (after a 15-year hiatus!). I have done pretty lame exercise in recent years, but MWG gym reminded me of ALL the muscles that I have. I admit that I didn't stick to the diet very well, but I have made better choices over the last six weeks because the program is designed so well to motivate you to meet your goal. After losing 5.3% of my body fat, I'm definitely up for losing more. Thank you, MWG!

The Maine Warrior Gym is awesome. The group fitness workouts are FUN and before you know it the 45 minutes are over. The trainers are amazing. I really appreciate that the trainers start and end on time. The atmosphere is supportive and not intimidating. The facility is clean and has everything you need to succeed, if you want to! I definitely recommend the Maine Warrior Gym.

I loved participating in the 6 week challenge! It completely changed my way of life and loved every second of it. The trainers are fantastic and I felt accomplished after every class. The 6 week challenge is a great intro to this gym and a great start on a road to fitness!

The 6 Week Challenge works! You may not reach your goal, but you WILL feel better and be well on your way to your goal. The classes offer a great variety of workouts and the trainers are very positive and encouraging. The gym schedule accommodates my early morning schedule.

My wife and I have been trying to lose weight and get in better shape for years, we have had memberships at the YMCA, have purchased in home equipment, counted calories, all the usual things, with very little results. The nutrition plan was a great point of reference and the classes were fun and challenging at the same time. However the instructors as well as the other members are so motivational and encouraging. We did not once feel, like we didn't belong. I lost over 20 lbs and 3% body fat in 6 weeks.
