CrossFit MF Windham is an awesome community that welcomes all who are seeking be better versions of themselves! I can't say enough good things about how CrossFit can improve your overall fitness, and I can't recommend a better place to begin to make it all happen.

Best thing I have ever done for my health and fitness was to walk in on a Sweaty Saturday to give it a try. I join August 2018 and was over weight at 266lbs and extremely out of shape, which was effecting my ability to do my job. Since Joining I have made new friends and have done thing never thought possible. I am down to 228lbs (38lbs loss), two pants sizes and can finally buy shirts that are XL instead of 2xl/3xl and am in the best shape of my life. All the Coaches and members have been amazing. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey. I would recommend any one to stop by and give it a try on a Saturday.

If you’re contemplating going, and have never done CrossFit, just go. The staff are top notch and will make you feel as though you have always been a part of the team and guide you through all the movements and the correct way to execute them all without injury. Great place, great people!

This gym is more than just a gym. You instantly become apart of a community in every away possible. The support and encouragement you get and give is contagious, and pushes you to become a healthier version of yourself. You will walk out the door as stronger than you were when you walked in that day; both physically and mentally.Chose health. It'll rock your socks.

From your first step through the door you will be treated as though you have been there for years. Such a great coaching staff and environment. I have loved every moment. Come and try the free Sweaty Saturday class at 9am that takes place every week - you will be hooked. I promise you will not regret it!

One of the best decisions of my life was joining MF almost 5 years ago. Not only have I lost weight and gained strength I’ve also gain life long friends. I truly would not be in my current physical and mental state if I had not made the decision to sign up for the beginners class in July of 2014. I’m still a work in progress but I’m enjoy the journey more than I ever have in my life.
