I have always hated cardio and I LOVE this! OTF has motivated and inspired me to keep coming back for its ever changing workout. I love the flexibility to meet myself where I’m at while pushing for a little more. The coaches are great and even when I don’t feel like being there, they make me grateful that I showed up.I wish there were a few more minutes of stretching at the end or at least a place to do so for longer than is allotted in their schedule while my muscles are still warmed up and can reap the benefits of stretching.

I always felt intimidated when people suggested I try OTF. But after trying my first free class it was hook, line, and sinker for me. It's an inclusive, go-at-your-own pace workout, with a variety of class times. The best part of the workout is hands down the coaches. Picking a favorite coach is like asking you to choose your favorite child. If you're hesitant, try a class with Karleigh or Jackson and you won't be disappointed.

I love the Portland OTF! The front desk staff is always so friendly and willing to help out if needed. The instructors are all wonderful and put on great classes. Karleigh has helped me feel like an athlete again. She also has fire playlists which we all know can make or break a workout!

Orange Theory is so much more motivating than going to a gym on your own. The coaches and other people in the class really push and encourage you and the workout are always challenging but very do-able. Extra points for the good music!

Karleigh, Megan, Lexi, & Jackson are great people and coaches. I love the OT community and approach to fitness that is wholistic and motivating. Della at the front desk is awesome as well. I get a better workout at OT than any other gym I’ve tried before, and in particular I like not having to plan my own workouts. You just show up and follow along. One hour later, you’re drenched in sweat!

As a prior enlisted Marine and college athlete, I’ve enjoyed the pleasure and privilege of training with great mentors and teams. Orange Theory Portland’s program and staff of elite coaches is another one of those perfect combinations as I prepare for my next adventure: aging happily, healthily, and well.

I’m low-key obsessed with OTF and all the coaches/everyone that works there. Some highlights:Lexi = best laugh and dance movesJackson = most cheerful greeting you’ve ever heard at 6am Meagan = makes you feel like a million bucks when she compliments your performance or weight choiceMel = the above applies for Mel too + a memory of her dancing to one my fave early 2000s songs during a rowing block still makes me smileLisa = great music + her form is goalsKarleigh = great energy and I aspire to have muscles like her someday! The psychology of OTF is brilliant. It’s super motivating for me and I love seeing my performance improve.

I had a fantastic experience visiting the OrangeTheory gym in Portland. The class led by Coach Jackson was filled with positive energy and featured an excellent playlist. Moreover, the sales associates were incredibly helpful, even going the extra mile to suggest a few must-see spots in the city when they learned it was my first time in Portland. Highly recommend!

Could not be more grateful to have joined this community! OTF has reignited my love for movement, I’ve never been so healthy physically or mentally. Couldn’t do it without the motivation of the BEST coaches - Karleigh, Jackson and Melanie on repeat 😊🧡 thank you OTF Portland! …

I started attending OTF because it was within walking distance of my apartment. It is the best decision I've made for my health and fitness. The small group aspect of the classes is incredibly motivating and the structured workouts remove all questions about what to do and how long to do it. All I have to do is show up and I know I'll get a great workout.Besides the structured nature of the programs, I must mention that the coaches and staff are just great people. They know everyone by name, are helpful, motivating and clearly enjoy what they do.It's been over a year and a half and my fitness has improved dramatically from my first class. I've since moved a 20-minute drive away and attend more now than when it was across the street. I can't recommend this place enough.
