Saco Sport and Fitness is amazing ! Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. It’s a very nurturing , supportive environment. The facility is clean, neat, organized and well run. They have everything you could possibly want in a gym and more ! The trainers are awesome and they have a wide variety of fitness classes to suit everyone’s needs and fitness level. I go there about six days a week and I hate leaving !Joining Saco Sport and Fitness is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. It’s an investment in your health !

I have found this fitness facility to be exactly what I need in a workout facility. It is very clean and well maintained. There is an abundance of equipment and a wide variety of equipment for members to use. I have belonged to a number of sports clubs over the years. Saco Sport and Fitness is my favorite.

Saco Sport is by far the best club I have ever used. The facility is always clean and inviting and the staff is friendly and always helpful. It always feels like home when I walk through the doors!
