Had an issue with my 12 years old elliptical machine. The store referred me to their service manager Chris Trynor. Chris contacted me the following day. He was extremely helpful in providing me with loaner parts and also gave me invaluable advice to steer me in the right direction. Without his help it would take me very long to find the problem. We got some great equipment at the workout fitness store and the sales person was excellent . We got the equipment the next day after buying. The delivery team were so good, going out of there way to help position the equipment and they took my old treadmill away at no charge. Well done guysThank you so much
