I have tried barre at other studios, but nothing compares! I love how classes are always different and challenging. Candlelit yoga is the best!

My favorite barre studio I’ve ever been to (and I’ve tried quite a few)! All of the instructors are very sweet, give great adjustments (pre Covid) and happy to accommodate injuries. Each class challenges me, and there’s enough variety so that I’m never bored. The monthly price is also very fair!

Best fitness studio I've ever been to. The instructors are so lovely and will encourage you to challenge yourself while providing options to make the class appropriate for all levels

Since the pandemic, I have counted on online classes, which were also the best way for me continue when I'm teaching during the school year, as I was often quarantined or worried about transmitting the virus bc I was exposed to so many students each day. Now, I am enjoying the opportunity to be in studio or online when those classes are a better fit for my schedule, and use On Demand to balance out my workouts on days when I am only doing cardio otherwise. I could not be happier with the way that Barre and Soul has stepped up to keep it easy for me to stay connected to the studio and to continue to work toward my personal goals. I would say that it has been appreciated, but really, it has been a vital part of my life since I started a couple of years ago. Thanks to everyone!!!

The yoga here is amazing. I have been going consistently for over a year now and feel so much better in my body. I've seen major gains in strength and balance. I love the teachers, especially Erica, Taylor, Julie Ann, and Marissa. If you plan to go more than once a week you should get a membership. It's much more affordable.

Good classes but there's very little space for doing yoga - it's extremely packed in. Also if you're a medical professional and have to carry a pager to be alerted for rare emergencies, you can't bring a pager or phone into a class.
