Personally, I don’t have the discipline to walk into a gym full of alien machinery and get myself into shape. Pedaling a stationary bike and following instructions in a small group is more my lane, so I signed up for the 30 day/30 dollar promotion and gave it a shot. Just over one week in I have more energy and focus at work, and I’m sleeping better at night and sleeping in less during the day (honestly I started feeling better after the first class). I’m a terrible procrastinator and I expected to struggle keeping up, but I actually find myself looking forward to the next class and the chance to push myself further. What else can I say? I hate exercising but I love coming here. The instructors are outstanding and the music slaps. You should check it out.

DCC is a great addition to my life! I moved to Providence recently and wanted to find a spin studio that was more individualized than the big box studios. I definitely found this at DCC and especially with the owner and lead instructor, Alexis. Lex greets every person who walks in her door by name. She offers a great class that is different than any other spin class I have been to. Class begins with a short mindfulness exercise to set your intentions in order to ride your best ride. Whether you are a spin novice, or a pro, you won't find the support and motivation you feel with DCC anywhere else!

Instructors bring a great energy! All classes cater to a range of riders including those new to working out, those who require a higher level challenge, and those who are looking to get back into working out/find a new form of cardio to incorporate in their routine! Best of all, classes are affordable :)

I attended Alexis' spinning classes and cardio kick when she used to be an instructor at Brown University. She is dedicated to her work, loves what she does and motivated everybody in these classes. For me, attending her classes was a life changing experience. I was overweighted, totally unfit and a quitter. Maybe I just needed a spark to change all that and her classes provided all that. I was never the same after attending them.I am living abroad now so I don't really know how her private studio is but people attend her classes because I am pretty sure she maintained all that mentality.

DCC is a great spin studio. The owner, Alexis, is friendly and attentive. She welcomes everyone and makes you feel like you are part of the family. Her staff takes her lead and makes DCC and great place to come and spin. Great studio for all skill levels as the instructors give alternatives to customize each section to your own needs.
