The Love Offensive offers a variety of heated yoga classes, each among the best on the market. The teachers are all in sync on what’s important about leading a deeply balanced and connective yoga practice, but bring their own personalities into each class (intense, honest, encouraging, confident, etc.) so that there is something for everyone offered here. The studio is a vibe as much as it is loaded with accommodations, with a shower, spacious changing rooms, an ice bath, and a kitchenette upstairs. TLO is an amazing community led by a fearless and endlessly impressive woman named Tara, who happens to teach the toughest and hottest dang yoga class in RI and is totally making waves. I have witnessed this community welcome countless people from all walks of life into its fold, this place is truly one of the most special businesses in Rhode Island and you’ve got to check it out.

I needed to get back on the mat and decided to try David’s 75 minute heated slow flow. It was a bit challenging to find the studio (I should have left earlier as it’s tucked into building) so I arrived with only a few minutes before class. I ended up placing my mat right next to David’s unknowingly as the class was full. For anyone who has done yoga before, it is very intimidating to be right by the instructor and in the front of class. It shouldn’t be but there is a weird vibe around being up front. I felt a little uncomfortable, until David came in the room. He made a few jokes about playing Tetris with mats and instantly made me feel comfortable. His jokes, vibe, musics and poses made the class super enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back! This is a great class for all levels and I truly feel that this studio is non judge mental/competitive. The slow flow class is great for beginners but has enough flexibility within the poses that it can be more challenging for more experienced yogis. Honestly I am just really excited to have found a great studio minutes from my apartment!

All classes that I've taken at this studio are fantastic. Tara's classes are just on a different level altogether - her modern interpretation of Buddhism and yoga make for a very emotional and spiritual experience. I leave her classes feeling whole, and reborn. I highly recommend this studio to all, and love to bring friends and loved ones to classes when they're in town!

Rebecca is amazing!! Her classes are invigorating and will give you the best energy to continue on with your day and week! She has a following for a reason. A seriously challenging workout combined with the beauty and calmness of (hot) yoga- and always a unique flow from one class to the next. She gives just the right cues and explanations for the class to be able to understand and refine each movement- she is truly expert at her teaching practice. Pair this experience with the Love Offensive studio- magical! 💜

Honestly, I cannot translate how HEALING this studio is. Where to begin.. well, first off the location is surrounded by other amazing small businesses and offices. Go to Troop after class and try the Vegan Banh Mi and a mocktail made by Eddy. There's plenty of parking which is cool. Um, Tara Morris keeps my sh1t in check. You want someone to inspire you? Put your mat down in her class. Watch the magic happen. David Vendetti is one of a kind.. also extremely kind, inclusive, supportive, and intelligent. Lauren D. incorporates her expertise in psychology and social work into her practice. Her playlists always resonate. Benjamin Gettinger... just wow all around too. I feel like I'm climbing a mountain in his class. His healing applications are like no other. Brittanny Taylor with two T's and two N's: BOSS babe. Emphasis on the period. Take her Hot 26 + 2. Yin is also 10/10. Jessica Awesome Amsden, Wowoweee. Has taught me so much. She's the reason why I do yoga. Please relax in her restorative class. Haven't taken Rebecca's class yet but hope to soon! She's an awesome person!I'm pretty sure I saw The Love Offensive Hot Power Yoga studio in the hot power yoga definition.1000/10. The first Yoga Teacher Training is in session right now and just another wow. See you on ur mat.

I have never taken a yoga class like this one with Tara Morris at The Love Offensive Hot Yoga Studio. It wasn't just a yoga class but an entire "experience." The studio is breathtaking- hand painted mural surrounding all four walls. The room was a perfect mix of heat and humidity- I love hot yoga and this was a perfect temperature. The class itself is hard to put into words. Tara is a very powerful teacher- genuine, authentic and real- and very confident in what she is delivering. I felt emotional by her words and guidance through the practice. This is what every yoga class should feel like- emotionally and physically satisfied and complete. I can't wait to go back. Highly Highly Highly recommend!! Thank you for your gift, Tara!

If you have done yoga all of your life or just starting, as I did a few years ago, you will find no better home than with Tara Morris.Physically, Tara and her style of yoga took an ex-collegiate athlete with 10 knee surgeries and made me better. Challenging my body to the hardest workouts it has had in decades.Emotionally, get ready for a roller-coaster. A class with Tara is unlike any yoga class you will ever experience. Her ability to share her soul during a hour class creates an environment for strangers to become family.I cannot say enough good things about Tara and her studio.

Yoga heals the mind, body and soul.Tara takes the yoga experience to a level one can only appreciate when practicing with this instructor who brightens the world. Be prepared for a non stop, hot, hot, athletic class that provides strength beyond your body’s tolerance. The mind enters into the most peaceful part of the day. Tara’s humor, wit and raw honesty are an added pleasure to the class. Challenge yourself sign up for a class at her gorgeous studio. You will leave Tara’s class full of positive energy, light hearted, physically revived and most of all grateful for life. Tara changed my life. The best!
