I owe a lot to Peak Performance Fitness mentally, physically and personally. It was an awesome place to work out and the community was really great! Unfortunately, it was time to move on. If you are looking for a Crossfit workout, it is a great place. The owner needs to stop lying and start taking blame for their actions instead of blaming everyone else. I am still looking for those messages that I have never responded back to.

Peak Performance has exceptional trainers who are professional, and well educated in fitness. They take time to know to know their clients, their goals, strengths and weaknesses. You make the commitment and Peak Performance will help you obtain your goals.

I found Peak Performance while looking online for a nutritionist. I researched the company through their website and from personal reviews from people online. Liking what I read, I sent an email asking what they had to offer. They promptly responded. Shortly after the email correspondence, an in-person meeting was scheduled and my journey began. Since turning 40, my body began changing and things I used to do weren't working for me anymore, no matter how much I exercised. Corian asked me what I was looking for in regards to nutrition, goals, and myself. She taught me portion sizes, what type of foods to feed my body for fuel and energy, and what needed to happen to see results. I walked out of the meeting with a feeling of confidence. Within one month of the meeting, I had lost fat and gained muscle in places I couldn't for a long time. Now, I am taking classes when time allows and feeling better than ever. There are many class times available and they teach you correct form and work with you every step of the way. The coaches are great. I am hooked.

I have been a member at PPF for a year now. I have worked out at all the other gyms in town and can say without a doubt this place is worth the price of admission.The programming here covers everything from strength to endurance and they also incorporate mobility after every workout, which helps with recovery and increases your bodies range of motion.If you’re interested in taking your fitness to the next level then this is the place.Give them a call for a free consultation and start living a better life.

Peak Performance is one of the best communities. Everyone I’ve met in my short time that I’ve been there has been awesome. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and wants everyone to do their best. The facility is very clean and spacious during this pandemic. It doesn’t matter your background everyone is treated with respect and wants to just better themselves. The coaches are the absolute best. They will help you figure out modifications that are best for you if you’re struggling. And the owners, Corianne and Dave Yandel are so friendly and check in on how you’re doing whether it’s your first week or you third month there, they’re always making sure you’re doing okay and want to help you reach your goals.

Peak Performance has motivated me to be the best version of myself. The experience, knowledge, dedication and follow through of the instructors is unparalleled and I am really excited with my results thus far.
