Lynda understands the challenges that cancer survivors have trying to get and stay fit. Then add the challenge to help in the training of a group of women Breast Cancer Survivors training for Dragon Boat racing season and the FUN begins!!!! Hard work and lots of laughter ut Lynda's up to the challenge to keep our group on track.

Lynda is a very patient trainer. She works with me and the hours I'm available and lets me learn and go at my own pace. She made me feel comfortable in my own home and understood me and my concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone that hates going to the gym or trying to work out on their own. She is that "work out buddy" you've always wanted!
