Razor Sharp Fitness

I have been a member of many different gyms through the years - this gym is the worst. It never feels clean . The floors are always sticky. No one is ever at the front desk. Poor communication and not so friendly staff. I am done with Razor sharp

Came three times and employees didn't assist in signing up

i came in to cancel my membership because its so dirty all the time now i find out they never stopped taking my money so i stopped them from taking my money now they are sending it to collections i have not been there

Not very happy they are threatening me about sending me to collections. And we tried to close are accounts and they were very rude and very dirty place I haven't been there in 6 mounths.and still taking my money I had to close my cridet card because they kept stealing my money. Not very happy at all machines were sticky and very dirty.never again will I be with razor sharp on Erie st .the guy was very slow and you could tell he didn't want to close my account. I just think they like ripping people off I am not very happy at all with razor sharp

This gym is the absolute worst! This will be the 3rd time I cane in and literally waited at front desk without a single person at desk! Unbelievable! Waste of time if you're trying to open a memberahip

Great facility. Well, maintained equipment. Nice set up. Never too busy and just an overall clean gym that has everything you need for a solid workout.

Just about to sign up when I heard of maintenance fee. Not only is this an expensive club, but no need to add additional hidden fees. Then to have your auto pay for a month is another additional $4.00 per month. Please come up with a fee and dont sneak some in there.

The hours they are open is horrible. They need to keep pool and hot tub and gym open till at least 10 pm every day. I have a membership that is pretty expensive and I can only use it 4 days a week because they close at 3 on weekends and 8 on fridays so because of work i can only go Monday through Thursday. Also they need to clean better, the nice showers always have things left behind and the steam room smells like a dirty jockstrap and b.o. they need to have workers clean more. So for the most expensive gym in town not worth the money.

Small but suitable. This gym lacks the amenities of it larger main location such as basketball court, pools, running track , etc... It is open 24/7 and attendance is usually just a handful of regulars. Never more than a one person wait for any machine.
