Dropped in at Crossfit TTP for a 5am class. This was one of the best crossfit classes I have ever taken. We lifted heavy and coach Travis gave really targeted and insightful feedback on how to improve. Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town.

I walked into CrossfitTTG with zero CrossFit experience about 9 months ago. I’ve always had a pretty steady workout routine but hadn't really lifted heavy. I wanted to try it but was a little worried about what it would be like, the community & how to jump in. After my intro session, I knew I found the right gym! The coaches meet you where you’re at & build you up, the community is so positive & friendly and I can see positive changes when it comes to my strength & ability. So glad I added CrossFit into my fitness journey and grateful for my TTG Fam! 💚

Super awesome people. The coaches were top notch (truly some of the best I’ve witnessed) and there were varying degrees of athletes at the gym as well, so you will fit in whether you’re just getting started or a competitive athlete.
