I subscribed to the 3 day trial online only to be told they won't honor it when I went to the gym because I don't live in Raleigh. Where's that information on the website? Also, it doesn't make sense since Crunch Fitness is a chain that's all over the country... so my experience here could carry over to where I live since it's one brand. Also for the one day pass they want $35, that's completely overpriced for the market, even on a local level. Niche gyms like cross fit or boxing don't even charge that much. I declined and I'm leaving this review. Maybe the rapid increase in wages for service workers and the huge supply of gyms makes them rethink their marketing in the future, but idk maybe the profit margin on $35 day passes are keeping them afloat.

Stopped in to get information about personal training. Was given the manager email to reach out to him. I do not like the fact that when I visited the guy at the front desk, I wasn't able to give me information.

Just moved back to NC after my Navy stint. Went ahead and signed up for the premium for the bring a friend benefit. Ended up having the pleasure of doing a fitness assessment with a trainer named Lucky. I knew I wouldn't be able to afford training sessions post move, but this man really helped me out in the span of 45 minutes. Even gave me stretches help alleviate my herniated L5-S1. Extremely personable and outgoing guy, I could tell he genuinely loves people and wants to help you reach your goals. If you need personal training, ask for Lucky!

This is the worst gym when it comes to valuing gym enthusiasts and members needing to utilize equipment and overall experience. Although the staff is wonderful and there is great personal training, I feel like we are not valued when it comes to our fitness needs and experience. The fan has been broken for months. There are several machines that are broken. The speakers at the HITT zone does not work and has been this way for months. I never see any maintenance on the machines. They just wait until the machines go down and then tell us after several months of waiting they will fix them. The promo 📺 TVs do not work at all. 😞🤦🏾♀️ The sad thing since the gym is so small, when a machine is down, it is really impactful.

Best gym in the Raleigh area! Has lots of equipment and space, AND kids care, tanning, and classes are all included in the membership! The staff is very friendly and inviting everytime I come in, and it the cleanliness is always on point!

The gym has plenty of machines, dumbbells and benches for use, even during peak time. The staff is friendly and inviting when scanning in.My recommendation moving forward would be to clean around base of equipment. While the common areas are clean, the base of benches and machines are attractive for alot of dust/hair/etc. It's getting noticeable given the spring pollening

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was on a month to month membership and they refused to cancel it unless I physically came in the gym or sent a certified letter. When I told them I was unable to do that, the manager at the time was extremely nasty and instead of cancelling continued to go back and forth. I finally cancelled it with my credit card provider. They continued to call me weekly even though I stated that the account had been cancelled. This went on for a YEAR!! Now they have sent the account to collections. Im currently reporting them to the CFPB, BBB, their corporate office and writing reviews so future customer can know how unprofessional they are. Any decent business with customer service skills and decorum would have cancelled the membership upon request especially after the whole ordeal the previous manager put me through. I believe this shows how greedy a company they are. STAY AWAY - Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness are much better options.

My son started membership on Aug, 2022 the first two month was okay, after that they charge us twice. When I called they said it was refunded already but it was never refunded so I disputed one of the charges, they keep chargeback us. It has been four months back and forth email the General Manager Garrett Plantier and no resolution. It seems like they have no intention to solve the problem and refund my money back.

I’ve been to 4 gyms in Raleigh since I’ve moved in October. This is probably the best one I’ve been to so far. Everyone seems friendly and willing to help. It’s a nice space and CLEAN. But most importantly, you don’t have people bothering you during your workouts. Very pleased so far.
