Tony Cummings is a great personal trainer - understands that fitness is more than just losing weight. Pushes me to my max and I have definitely gotten stronger in the two months I have been working out with him. Looking forward to a long-term client/trainer relationship with him!

It's a great gym. They have all the equipment I need and more. Fellow members are respectful and the trainers are great. I've really enjoyed the Shred/Strike class with Tony.

Definitely one of the best gyms in the area - I come here every time I’m in town and I’m never disappointed. Scheduled a couple sessions with Tony and it’s clear the trainers put a personal touch into the development of each other clients. Highly recommend!

I came to 02 after getting frustrated with lack of equipment at the Rock Quarry YMCA. it goes have more equipment for traditional strength training but as I’ve been going for about 6 months now there are a few things I wish were better (mostly maintenance things). The nicer water filter needed a new filter the first few months I was there, then they got a new filter, then it was broken again, now it’s gone. Soooo okay bye to that amenity I guess? They also recently implemented a rule that you have to check out certain equipment (mostly bands) at the front desk. I asked why and they said because they’ve been disappearing? It’s not even expensive equipment so it just seems like an added frustration from a client perspective.Equipment is always scattered all over like bosu balance balls, boxes for jumps, kettlebells, mats, etc. During peak times it’d be ideal if there was someone at the front desk and another person monitoring the gym floor. If they did that things probably wouldn’t go missing…While I do see the cleaning staff mopping the floors in the locker area, hallway and group fitness - I’ve not once seen them mop or wipe down equipment. The turf area also needs to be vacuumed more often. For such a prime location Seaboard needs more staff and to be cleaned more often. Equipment going missing and grimy workout areas shouldn’t be an issue for the price we pay to go there!

As a former athlete I never really thought I needed help in the gym minus a few YouTube videos here and there but Tony is a really effective trainer who’s taught me so much about fitness in just a few weeks. Definitely recommend!
