This is such a gimmick!!! Trainers are good but the band is not accurate! The calories burned is very inflated and they over work your legs. The cancellation policy is not clear online. Got me for $420 dollars after being unsatisfied for the first month. So in conclusion they charge $160 for the first month. Your locked in to the second month at $160 plus $100 for the heart rate monitor. Be sure you are ready for a $420 commitment regardless of satisfaction level.

I love how friendly the coaches are. All the coaches when I come in have smiles on their faces and actually look happy to help me get to my ideal body weight. When i work out somewhere else, there isn't as much interaction with the people.

I’ve been going to OTF now for 3 months and the encouragement and supportive environment has done more for me in my weight loss journey then just losing inches. It’s provided me with accountability and coaches that have encouraged me from where I’m at.It’s been truly a life altering decision for me and one that I would do again in a “heartbeat”.

I visited Orange Theory in Wake Forest on May 13th based on a recommendation from a friend. The workout was challenging but worth every minute. The coach was terrific, the staff was phenomenal. Based on the recommendation from my friend and my initial experience that I have had here I would highly encourage any of my friends who are looking for a push and want to step up their workouts to give Orange Theory a try.

I have nothing but great things to say about the coaches and the studio in general. I love how the coaches get to know you on a personal level and give you just the right amount of attention and instruction. It’s never too much, and never too little. It’s the perfect amount of motivation.I’ve always found group workouts and exercise classs daunting until I tried Orangetheory. After just 6 months of Orangetheory, I am in better shape than I’ve been in the past three years. I am hooked!

The HIIT workout is very effective and the increasing challenge of the workouts over time makes it even more so. I like the variety of the workouts and the class times are suitable for most schedules. The trainers are great and there are plenty of supplemental offerings on things like nutrition and form and stretching to help achieve maximum results.

I like that it's a varied, interval workout and that it's complete and well-structured. It's challenging, but it also accommodates any fitness level. I also like the idea of pre-booking your classes. It's an incentive to stay committed to your goals. It makes you accountable to be there when you say you will be, which is only to your advantage if you're serious about getting/staying healthy and in shape. At other health clubs I've joined, once they get your membership fee, whether you go or don't makes no difference to them.

I've never been a fan of class-based workouts and group exercise; however, OT is a great balance of individual training with a "group" feel. I like that I don't have to think about what to do next, that the trainers are engaged, know our names, and are encouraging without being too demanding - they read the room well. Plus consistency and continuity with staff and trainers for well over 18 months - it's the longest I've ever stuck with a workout program, and I've gone from 2 to 4+ days a week.

An amazing experience from start to finish. My Welcome to the studio was warm and very inviting. The staff, including the owner, were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our coach that day, Ty, was perfect. Energizing the group through the entire class along with checking in on people's form and technique along the way. I can't say enough great things about this place. LOVE

When I first attended OTF in Wake Forest, the staff and instructors were great. The workouts were intense, but fun. While I still think the instructors are good, the quality of customer service at this location is awful. I went to cancel my membership (due to time constraints) and they were closed (sign said back at 3:30pm, but I waited until 3:45pm). I went back today and was told I have to pay another fee (in addition to the fees I paid to suspend my account for 2 months). I feel I have been overcharged and must now pursue remedy through other means. They made no effort to assist me and I cannot in good faith recommend this organization to others.
