I have worked out at high intensity gyms and bought programs. I would rather come to this gym and work out due to the trainers knowing the importance or support muscles. I also enjoy the different stretch and work out plans built for different individuals based on sports and goals. Would highly recommend over a compound weight lifting gym.

The best gym I’ve been too with a fantastic training environment. Every coach at TSF wants to see you get better and will push you to be your best while also being welcoming and creating a fun environment to train in. Joe, Blue, and Ian will go out of their way to help you become better at whatever your goal is. the strength feed is the best!

What I love about the strength feed is that whether you are an elite college athlete or a 54 year old mom, they have the knowledge to meet you where you are and build your body in a way that meets your goals. They help you keep progressing despite inevitable setbacks in life. And, if you put in the work, they reciprocate with caring about how you are doing. Highly recommend.

TSF helped me grow as an athlete and a person during my time working out there as a college athlete. It is always such a positive environment and still feels like home. I felt the most love and support while battling an injury during my college career and came out of it stronger due to the amazing coaches at TSF. There’s no place quite like it and would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new gym to call home!

I’ve been a member of many gyms for 30+ years, including CrossFit (before it was trendy) and The Strength Feed is as proper and well rounded training facility. The owner Joe is a solid spirited and talented athlete. The coaches are top quality. Located just on the edge of downtown Raleigh, this gym has all the fun, traditional and unique equipment to get you into great shape and being in great shape makes you happier and live a better life. Check it out! Highly recommend.

The Strength Feed came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! My teenage son plays at a very high level in his sport and is constantly battling injury but just pushes through it. Wanted to find trainers that cared about the whole picture, not just getting stronger, but teaching and caring for the athlete as a whole. We are so impressed with Joseph and how he has helped my son "return to play" in a short amount of time! More than just a gym!!

We had an awesome experience at The Strength Feed. David was a great instructor that put us through a well thought-out program. Loved the environment of the gym and the contagious atmosphere to get after it. Highly recommend checking it out for either personal fitness and well-being or sport performance training.
