Very nice staff. Forgot my mask and they gave me one no questions asked. Very clean and not a lot of people. Enough machines that you can social distance

Always clean and the staff is friendly.They only thing I would say is that some of their grips on the machines are starting to pull off and it exposes the glue, making the handles/grips sticky and a little gross.

Very poor customer service at this planet fitness. With a pandemic going on and all they care about is getting people’s money left and right. Especially their manager Denise Nunez... looks like I’m not the only one she was rude to reading reviews here. Very sad. Told me to “Save it” explaining my situation. I have never had such awful service like this.
