I never, ever thought I would become a gym person, preferring to use a DVD in my house. I decided to check out SNAP since it’s very close to my home. Even though I was still a bit nervous, Adam and John immediately made me feel welcomed and convinced me this was the place to reach my goals. I made the plunge and signed up with Adam, and it’s been one of the best things I have ever done. It hasn’t been easy, but Adam knows how to keep me motivated each session. I would absolutely recommend him and SNAP to everyone. Adam’s knowledge of health and nutrition will blow you away. Gym rat for life!

Great local gym. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Very friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Great business model as well. You can go work out literally whenever you want. You never have to worry about what the hours might be because it's open when you want to go work out.

I love this gym! It's a small community with wonderful people, amazing Personal Training, and it's kept VERY clean. You won't find a better gym out there!!
