If you have ever been serious about fitness, this is the place. They have entire sections for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and a hybrid crossfit/plyo room. They also just remodeled the posing room. I'll tell you what though, nothing beats smashing some weights in the powerlifting section, with music blasting, garage doors open, and nothing but motivation in the air. I was a D1 football player and I swear this is the best gym and environment I have been able to find since college. T2R is A MUST.

Very good variety of equipment and not too busy either! A good amount of bench press benches, leg presses, and squat racks as well as other equipment like tires and sleds. There's also climbing ropes which are not something you see in a lot of other gyms (especially the major chains).

My first time here and you can feel the hospitality! Everyone is encouraging and the equipment is great! First time I've been to any gym with power lifting plates. I live in Allentown and I'm planning on getting a membership after my first visit. That's a 45 minute drive. That's how with it it is👌🏾💪🏾 …
