I started going to Vitality Athletics about 6 months ago and it has been AMAZING!!!!! Cannot say enough good things about this gym. Every single coach is awesome and always willing to help with tips and form corrections so you don’t need to wonder if you’re doing it correctly. I really appreciate how all of the coaches really care about your success and want every member to do well. All the workouts are intense but also very fun, and it’s a lot of fun to watch yourself get stronger and be able to lift heavier and do new things. I was a runner before joining this gym and it’s amazing to see how much faster and stronger of a runner I’ve become since coming here!

Tyler and all the coaches are so helpful and positive. They are able to tailor each workout to each participant so no matter your skill level or experience you are challenged and see results. I was an avid runner prior to joining Crossfit. I ran a few miles almost every days and ate healthy with counting calories etc. However, I was frustrated at the results I was getting. After trying Crossfit and following their nutrition coaching, I am hitting my goals. I have more energy, feel better and am stronger in a shorter amount of time than I anticipated. I also have met so many encouraging friends here. Crossfit has truly been life changing and I never considered myself a gym person, but I love it.

After attending Vitality Athletics and working out with the “Boomfit” class my cholesterol has dropped from 214 to 195 in a year. I am stronger and more flexible. Tyler and his trainers are positive, knowledgeable and inspiring. They encourage you to constantly improve. Also, I’m working out with a group of wonderful people who are genuinely concerned with each other’s health and welfare. A true family.

I found this gym after trying for a long time to work out on my own, with little success. I think the two biggest draws to coming to this gym is the camaraderie amongst the clients and the versatility of Tyler and his team's workouts! Experience with crossfit, and exercise in general, is not necessary prior to starting. A good attitude and a motivation for change is all that Tyler needs to get you to your fitness goals. He and his instructors work with you on becoming comfortable, emphasize good form to ensure longevity, and hit multiple important muscle groups with each workout. The fee for membership (which is reasonable compared to other crossfit gyms) is WELL worth it as an investment in your health and happiness!

My husband and I both had a very possible experience at Vitality Athletics. The coaches are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond what you would expect to help you reach your fitness goals. The gym community is very positive and encouraging. We would def recommend Vitality to anyone who is serious about reaching new fitness goals.
