I trained with Tony for some time over my winter break to prepare me for my first college lacrosse season at Penn State. Even though I was only with him for a short period of time, he trained me to be a better athlete on and off the field. He taught me the importance of nutrition and how to track the food I was eating and maintain a healthy balance. He pushed me to reach my fitness goals on and off the field as well. I have gained good eating habits and working out habits that will last a lifetime. I became a better athlete training with Tony. I was worked extremely hard at each and every session, and I became stronger, fitter, and faster over just a short period of time!

Chose to do a nutrition program as well as biweekly training sessions with Tony. This was one of the best decisions of my life. Tony really tailors to your needs and desires. He pushes you to reach your goals and believes in you every step of the way. He not only responds quickly to any questions you may have, he also teaches you so you understand what, why and how.If you are looking for a trainer who will keep you fit, flexible and above all - healthy, Tony is your guy!

Tony has been my speed and conditioning coach since I was in eighth grade. Over the past 5 years not only has Tony done his job in preparing me for field hockey physically, but he has done just as much mentally. During the Spring time he would train my team in the weight room, while the Summer was mainly speed and endurance focused. I have learned so much from him on how to take care of my body before, during, and after workouts. During our sessions he spent a lot of time talking about leadership, grit, unity, and dedication. I always know he is there to support and and guide me when necessary! I am going to be able to use all the tools he has provided me with while being a college athlete. He has helped shape me into the athlete I am.

XST is so much more than just training. They actually hold the key to your happiness in their hands. To truly feel good & be happy, you must learn to let stress roll off of your shoulders.They explain how little things can create the doldrums that so many of us get caught up in. They actually give you the tools to be a better, happier & healthier person.How about nutrition ? Guess what ? They are good at that as well!Bottom Line, you can't go wrong with Tony !
