Everyday Fitness and Training

This is the first gym I’ve been to in Redding and all I can say is that it’s a great small gym with lots of alternate machines so you’re kept busy and not have to worry about waiting for a machine! The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable with fitness and what types of workouts I should do for a specific muscle group. I don’t see myself going anywhere else, love it!

management is highly unprofessional. i will no longer be going there after witnessing how the leaders speak to their staff. very stinky environment

I been going to this gym for a year. Amazing environment and super clean. The opener is the best part of the gym.

I am not the type to leave reviews on businesses however I felt the need to share my experience so no one else makes the same mistake that I did by coming to this gym. For starters, the gym equipment is dirty and I have never seen it get wiped down. I sat on a piece of equipment and my leggings got a permanent stain from some mystery goop. Eww! I have never been more disgusted. I felt like I was walking on egg shells trying to avoid ruining my gym clothes during the rest of my workout. I mentioned this to management and they belittled me by telling me it was my fault and I should be more careful and then preceded to ignore the unmaintained equipment. I immediately left after feeling personally attacked and ran home to go shower as I felt dusty and my clothes were stained! I highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to go across the street to NS Fit where the equipment is clean and all staff members treat you like a friend and encourage you to be your better self.

Coming from SoCal LA Fitness gyms, I don’t see what I’m paying for here. The gym equipment is very outdated; but I guess it’s still cool to live in a “legacy” bodybuilding gym, you can’t use any of the new and “higher tech” equipment unless you sign up for the personal training program and get exclusive access to the back room, and the managers are in no way concerned or care if you even join. I understand gyms won’t beg you to join, however these guys and gals running the gym act like used car salesmen; just trying to get the next Buck and move on. The front desk workers are the best and more caring employees there.Now I’m over at NSFIT across the street paying $35 a month for a very good variety of gym equipment and platforms from this decade, and the GM hangs out on the floor and talks and laughs with members. I also appreciate them always renovating the place and adding equipment/classes that members ask for. These guys also acknowledge First responders, military and healthcare workers with nice discounts for sign up.You get what you pay for, right? But this gym in no way shows it.

I almost never write reviews, but couldn’t pass up a chance to mention that this place has an amazing personal trainer with Ryan Tirado. I’ve been training with Ryan for over a year and a half now, after training with several different folks throughout my life. He is uniquely talented, he listens to my goals, is thoughtful about making sure we are right on track at all times, and always creates awesome workouts. If you are able to grab a spot with Ryan, I highly recommend him!

5 stars ONLY because of Anthony. He is by far one of the highlights of this gym. His knowledge, personable demeanor as well as his contagious smile make this gym what it is. Not to mention he actually cares about the people that join and wants to help them make a difference!

Was in town for a handful of days and decided to use Everyday Fitness. Their week pass is very decently priced, gym had everything I wanted, and the staff and members were very nice. Glad I made this my temporary gym and I'll be back when I'm in town next.
