This is a nice gym. I have only been there during non peak hours, but there has always been plenty of equipment available to complete my routine. The staff is very nice, and helpful.

Pretty okay cool place. The water is really hard to swim in and I don’t know why, but it sure does give you a workout. Especially doing laps, the way they have the lanes set delivers an extreme challenge for swimming. Amazing workout. Would recommend

I love Sun Oaks! I joined just to swim laps in their outdoor covered pool but they have tons of exercise classes, workout rooms, indoor and outdoor tennis and basketball, etc... It's also affordable and family-friendly.

I have been a member just under a year and my life has been bettered in so many ways. I am...ahem...60 something and needed weight and cardio. The choices were abundant. I tried a few classes and loved each one so much! I am a regular in the Group Power and Ride 30 classes and did my first Group Fight class today. All of the instructors are quick to help me figure out what is best for me. And after all these months, I am doing so well that I lift more weight than many of those younger than me. (Not that we are into competing.) Sun Oaks is such a great family. Come join us!

My two-year-old took super affordable swimming lessons here and we were so satisfied by the whole experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the environment seems clean and taken care of. Not bad at all :)
