Have been going to Pilates for 4-5 yrs. It has helped with my flexibility and strength. I love the teachers, Melodie and Elizabeth, and I’be just had Phyliss for 2 classes. I look forward to coming 4 times a week. It’s a great place with fun people!

Joining Club Pilates was one of the most positive life changes I've made! I can honestly say that it was a step outside my comfort zone participating in a group exercise class. But the staff were so welcoming from the front desk to the instructors. The participants have varying levels of fitness, which allows just about anyone to feel like they fit in. I could tell the difference in my body after just a few months, both in terms of strength and flexibility. I recently had a setback with a back injury, but for the first time in my life, I wanted to come to exercise as a means of recovery. The instructors helped me find alternative activities if an exercise bothered me, and now I'm slowly getting back to where I used to be. Pilates is not only for my fitness but also my mental health, and I don't know what I'd do without it!

Such an amazing studio. I have been taking classes for over a month now and have seen results. The instructors are so kind and explain every movement perfectly. I would 100% recommend trying the free class to test it out and joining same day. Once you try it you will be hooked.

Great workout, great staff! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly and make every workout fun. The studio is clean and comfortable, and the scheduling app is very user-friendly. Highly recommend Club Pilates!

I’ve been a Pilates member for over a year. I have never felt to strong and capable. Instructors are personable and knowledgeable about how the body works and how to modify moves for you. Fantastic club

I feel very lucky to be able to work out at Club Pilates! The instructors make it great! Workouts are challenging but gentle on my joints, and I love that instructors ensure good form and positioning at all times for the best workout.

Love Club Pilates! I’ve been coming to Club Pilates - Rochester Hills since 2019 and am stronger than ever. Great workouts- flexibility, strengthening, and balance! Sad when I can’t make a class! The people who coach and workout here are so friendly and supportive as well!

I absolutely love club pilates! I joined in July 2023 and I am so happy I did! It's for ALL fitness types. All the instructors are amazing. They all care about helping you with your fitness goals. It's definitely worth trying if you have not!!

Club Pilates is the first studio where I started doing Pilates. I joined out of curiosity and I am glad I tried it. Taking the group class has been a positive experience specially with great instructors. These moves on the reformer, bosu ball and spring board are unique and great practice for stronger balance. I can feel the energy and uplifting mood every time I finish a workout session here.

I had been going to Club Pilates for a year and enjoyed it. I broke my arm almost a year ago and only recently have been able to return. I took a few private classes with Melodie to see what l was able to do and if I could return. Melodie was great in assessing what I could do and I am now back. I feel I get a very good workout in 50 minutes and I’m over 70 years old.
