I have never stuck with a gym for more than a couple months. This one is something special. It pushes you everyday to be better, think better and transform your mind and body. Trainers and staff are great!

Everyone here is so welcoming and nice. You can start off with a 2 week free trial. The trainers are amazing at what they do and everyone helps keep you motivated. So glad I joined Burn!

I've been a member for 2 years now and it has been a life changer for me and I'd say I'm addicted. They have 8 - 45 minute camps between mornings and afternoons Monday through Saturday to work for many schedules and you can go as often as you wish. I love they give me modifications for my Arthritis so I can do what works for me and I come out feeling refreshed and energized after most camps and it's a stress reliever. The camps are never the same so I never get bored either! There are many different ages and people with restrictions that the great trainers work with. Along with nutritional advice, spiritual, physical and I can't put a price on all that for my health. Oh and child care included in most the camps along with a great Burn community of very supportive members.

I’ve spent the past eight years strictly as a cardio queen – – running distance races, cycling, etc. It was getting stale, and I needed a change. Since a friend of mine suggested that I try out BBC, I have discovered a renewed love for working out. If feels so awesome to start off the day with a great combination of HIIT training and strength, And I going to the rest of my day feeling strong. The trainers, Spencer and Megan, are so incredibly positive, inspiring, and welcoming, as are the rest of the members of the community. This is not what I thought of when I saw the words Boot Camp. Anyone who is scared of a little weightlifting, or intimidated by the idea of something hard-core like CrossFit, should check out BBC and join our family!

This is a great gym. It is not stuffy, the people are friendly, the trainers care about you and the workout is great every single day. They have a wonderful community here that cannot be duplicated. Also, no matter what level you are or what injuries you have, you will be challenged!

I signed up for Burn Bootcamp thinking it would help jumpstart me back into exercising, and then after the promotional (Groupon) month I would quit and go back to working out at the other popular Rochester gym I’m a member of (I never seem to make it there to actually workout!). After a couple of weeks at Burn, I was completely hooked! The whole atmosphere is so supportive and fun, it’s easy to go and do the challenging workouts. It’s never the same, the focus and particular exercises change every day which I love. The only thing that does not change is that every single workout is a great one! Now after two months of regularly going, I am so much stronger and more energetic, not just during workouts but in life in general. The results really are incredible, and I am finally going to the gym and finding myself making a way to fit it in basically every single day! The trainer Abe is awesome at modifying exercises to make them easier or harder for you based on your level and providing alternate exercises if you have any jnjuries. Can’t say enough about this gym!

I love coming to this gym! The trainers are so encouraging and supportive and the other ladies are wonderful to workout with! I never thought I would say that I look forward to working out and it’s one of the best parts of my day! Burn Boot Camp is an AMAZING gym, but it is so much more than just a gym! It is a place to build your self esteem, develop new friendships, and empower other women to achieve their goals. Every morning I am in awe of how such amazing women are working to achieve their own goals while supporting others in achieving theirs. The trainers are top notch and can help you make any workout work for you. I had my hip reconstructed 2.5 years ago and I can do every workout at this gym! Give it a try...they even offer 2 week free trials...doesn't cost a thing to try it!
