I have been Claire’s client for about 2 years. During this time, I have never been bored during one of her workouts. Each day is a new and unexpected workout. I have had may trainers, and coaches during my 60 plus years of playing sports at all levels, Claire is the best of all of them. 5 star plus rating.

This is a great gym! It’s different for sure. The owner is really nice and they focus on a more personal level training. Not your normal gym at all.

I have worked out with Claire for almost 20 years in various capacities. She is by far the best trainer in the area. I joined her gym over 5 years ago and she is superb in knowing her clients and helping us gain strength where needed and compensating for any issues we have going on. Her class sizes are small and always challenging. I cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend. She truly loves what she does and it shows!!

The trainers are friendly and helpful, and the class format allows each person to adjust the difficulty to thier level while still getting motivation from comradery.

I started with Class Action Fitness thinking it would be like past routines flirting with the gym. I'd work out for a few weeks - maybe a few months - overdo it, stop and revert to couch potato physique. There is no way Claire would let that happen. Her knowledge and concern for her clients are both exemplary. Over the past year, I've done one on one training, small group fitness sessions and a couple of massages at Class Action and have been extremely happy with all of it. I always feel I've gotten more than my money's worth with Claire and her staff. If you want gizmos or pickup lines, try the big box club. If you want to work out with great guidance, expertise and with a small group of good people, check out Class Action Fitness.
