I have been strength training for nearly ten years now, and finding HIIT Quarters has been a pivotal moment for me. After doing the 6-week program I dropped my big box gym membership and committed myself to HIIT Quarters full time. The exercises are thoughtful and effective. They are different every time so you never get bored. The best part for me personally is the mental load it takes off of me. I no longer have to think about what I'm going to do in the gym or wonder if the equipment I need is going to be available. All I have to do is show up and do the work. Not to mention the owners, trainers and other members are extremely friendly and welcoming. It's a great community and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I left my big box gym and joined HQ at the start of the year. I found the workouts fun and engaging and after 4 months, my workouts were getting a lot better. HQ does a great job of tailoring unique workouts that are easy to follow. But I was still spending 23 hours per day outside the gym, eating poorly and in bad habits.I signed up for a 6 week nutrition program. I asked Doug to apply their exercise strategy to my food - just tell me what to eat and I'll eat it. My only parameter was that I wanted the approach to be something I could sustain permanently. In 6 weeks working with Doug, I lost 20lbs and I lost another 10 in the 6 weeks following, proving its sustainability. My workouts got incrementally better over the course of this period as well.If you're not in the top 1% of inherently self motivated people, HQ is an essential gym. Everyone there is present to put in work, and the familiar faces provide a natural sense of low-pressure accountability throughout the atmosphere. Then, working with the owners and/or trainers on a personal level provides the opportunity to choose your own experience depending on your goals. I can't really say enough good things about HIIT Quarters.

HIIT HQ has made a tremendous impact in my life. With the nutritional guidance and 30 minute workouts I was able to drop 17 pounds/10% body fat within the 6 week program. The flexibility and shorter workouts make it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, encouraging, and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend HIIT HQ enough!

Going to HIIT Quarters has been such an amazing and positive experience for me! I really enjoyed doing the 6-week program and learning more about what I put in my body and speaking with Doug about nutrition. I really love the semi-private personal training sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays. I get THE BEST workout I've ever had and I love getting stronger! Taylor, Nate and Amanda are wonderful trainers and I will be purchasing more sessions!

Having been a member of multiple locally-owned and national chain gyms, HIIT Quarters is by far the best gym / fitness membership I've ever had. Every workout is unique and never becomes boring or repetitive - and the workouts are challenging! The flexibility in timing is also helpful as classes are not scheduled and members can walk in at a time that is convenient for them. The trainers are always focused on the members and truly care about your health and well-being. Doug, Taylor, Amanda, and Nate are the best in the business. Highly recommend to anyone looking for improve strength, flexibility, and overall health.
