Disco night. Pretty fun. Little crowded but an unusual night. I wish pricing was a little less but good quality and fare on $$$.

Best indoor ropes in the state, excellent setting and variety. If they opened a twin cities location they’d put “VE” out of business.

Roca is strange, when you walk in it’s basically 3 groups of people, kids (lots of kids… beware of the non stop birthday parties, it’s rough). Clicky hardcore climbers, and passive aggressive staff members. Maybe that’s every gym? Overall it feels too congested, the space is simply too small.

We all had a lot of fun! The staff were all very nice and made you feel welcome for your 1st time. They made sure you felt comfortable going out on your own and were not overbearing. We will all be going back!

Small but mighty. This is a small gym, but the quality of the setting is superb and the staff do a great job. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting or living in the Rochester, MN area. Additionally, they are adding a full-size (12x12 Original) Kilter Board to the training area upstairs. I look forward to training on this the next time I am in the area. I definitely will be back.
